Refund Policy


We at believe in great costumer service. Therefore we 100% trust our costumers and treat them as part of the family. Due to the size of the products we sell at our store (and avoiding any inconvenience), we offer discount codes (50% off on your next purchase) or complete refunds, no returns.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you this.

There are certain situations where discount codes are granted:

*Color is different from the picture.
*Patterns is different from the picture.

There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:

*You didn't received your purchase. (Please note that we are a drop shipping company and shipping might take several (30+) business days)
*The product is broken or unusable. (Please provide pictures)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,
then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to ask for further information (pictures, receipts, purchase orders, among others) to evaluate the situation.

Ethere store  reserves the right to update and change the Refund Policy. You are advised to check the Refund Policy from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.
